First Feile Bia – Celebration of Irish Food

First Feila Bia

Progress Communications worked with the Restaurants Association of Ireland for the launch of the inaugural Feile Bia.

It was the first wide scale collaboration between the membership of the key representative bodies in this sector to celebrate Irish cuisine – involving the RAI, Euro-Toques Ireland, Panel of Chefs of Ireland, Chefs & Cooks of Northern Ireland, Epicurean World Master Chefs Society, Irish Hotels Federation and the Northern Ireland Hotels Federation.
